미완성식탁은 디저트 및 마카롱을 판매하는 Patisserie 브랜드로서 2015년 망원동에서 시작되었습니다. 음식의 세계는 본디 답이 정해져있지 않기에 감정과 날씨, 계절 등 우리를 둘러싼 환경과 우리의 모든 행위를 매개체로 삼고 우리의 상상력을 더한 디저트를 만듭니다. 더 낮은 가격에 그럭저럭 쓸 만한 재료를 사용하는 것과 타협하지 않는 것은 우리의 철학이자 긍지입니다. 계절을 고스란히 담아낸 제철재료, 자연에서 온 최상의 재료만을 사용하기에 최선의 디저트를 만들어 낼 수 있습니다. 이와 같은 노력으로 잘 만들어진 제품은 기초이자 기본(basic) 입니다. 우리는 이 ‘기본’이 소비자에게 전달되었을 때 본래의 그 가치를 뛰어넘는 기쁨과 선물이 될 수 있게끔 포장(packaging)에 힘을 쏟습니다. 다양한 브랜드,디자이너,아티스트와 협업하여 더 좋은 시각적 요소를 탄생시키고, 담아내는 것의 중요성을 이야기 합니다.

INCOMPLETETABLE is a Patisserie brand that sells desserts and macarons, started in 2015, Mangwon-dong. The world of food has no fixed answer, so we are creating desserts by using our surrounding environment, weather and seasons, and all our actions as a medium and adding our imagination to it. It is our philosophy and pride not to compromise with the use of common materials at lower prices. We make the best desserts because we only use seasonal ingredients and the best ingredients from nature. Products made well with this kind of effort are so basic. When this "basic" is delivered to the consumer, we focus our efforts on packaging to make it even greater than its original value and become a small joy and gift. We collaborate with various brands, designers, and artists to create better visual elements, and strive to show the importance of packaging. 

끊임없이 생각하고, 준비하고, 만들어도 모두를 만족 시킬 수는 없는 다양성(diversity)의 질서와 이치를 존중합니다. ‘미완성’이라는 단어 안에서 수 없이 도전하고 실패하지만 그럼에도 '완성'을 위해 부단히 노력하겠다는 신념으로 '미완성식탁'을 운영하고 있습니다. 

We respect the principle of diversity that even though we are constantly thinking, preparing, and creating, we cannot satisfy everyone’s unique tastes. We run the space called incompletetable, with the belief that in the word “incomplete” we will challenge and fail countless times and still try harder to become “complete.”
